— Entering Little Havana on my way to breakfast at Versailles Cuban Restaurant in downtown Miami on Calle Ocho. My assessment of the meal: ¡delicioso! The coffee: ¡espléndido! And the ambience: ¡quiéralo! Nothing but Spanish being spoken in this Miami neighborhood, so I’ll need to brush up on my conversacional español for the next visit!

— Versailles Cuban Restaurant & Bakery; at the bakery window, you can pickup a cup of their world renowned Cafe Cubano (Miami’s “super-fuel”) and ‘pasteles’ to-go! And with that to-go order, don’t forget a Cuban sandwich for later! Besides the coffee, Versailles’ Cuban sandwich is another must try. Such a popular spot, Little Havana is teaming with tourists and locals on the weekends, but it was just $2 to park right outside Versailles.
